Patricia Jones, the CEO of Connected Arrows International and Jen Spencer, the President and CEO of The Creative Executive join Chris to talk about their thoughts on change management, culture and employee performance.
Patricia opened the show by talking about managing change, and how leaders might be a roadblock at times to organizations being successful with change. She identifies that new talent can help organizations move faster and think differently as new thoughts can enter into the culture, and balance out the legacy ways of thinking.
Jen talks about some of the things that help leaders grow and develop in their understanding of themselves as leaders in an organization. She also talks about some of the barriers of retention and the importance of companies providing opportunities to autonomy and self awareness as a key to sustainable career development within a company.
